Coaching is rooted in the establishment of a trusting collaborative relationship. Before starting a coaching relationship Ian always offers an initial meeting or telephone consultation, free of charge and any obligation. This will provide a chance to discuss the purpose of the coaching and ensures that both parties feel able to work with one another.
